Since products are personalized, orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts.
Cancellation Window

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photo proof.
Eligible Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on payment provider timelines.
